I used Trek Movers for my move on 12/2/25 ,and could not be happier with the experience Trek gave me. The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took great care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 85 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down, and they were very careful with their hand trucks on each step. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table I was concerned about. I left some items curbside for LA Sanitation “Bulky Item Pickup” (I had previously arranged the pickup) to pick up the next day (which they did), and both movers cooperated with me every step of the way. They were also careful moving items into the hardwood floors of my new apartment, and reassembling the table, lamps etc. in my new place. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews on Yahoo and Google, but what really sold me on them was the way their front office people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. I called several movers, but both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were outstanding communicators and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding my move. They were very helpful throughout the 3 week time period from first contact to move completion. Trek’s strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. I give Trek Movers the highest possible recommendation, and will not hesitate to use them for any future moves.

This was my second time using Trek Movers, and once again Tim and his colleague delivered an amazing experience. They handled my local move to West Hollywood with so much care and professionalism. They arrived right on time, disassembled all my furniture quickly, and moved all my boxes and packed everything efficiently. The price was a great value for the level of service: I paid around $600–$800, which was more than fair for the amount of work they handled. What I appreciate most is how seamless they make the entire process. They took care of the furniture assembly at the new apartment and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was rushed, nothing was scratched, and they worked with a great attitude the whole time even though West Hollywood security was being weird about the truck being parked out front. Also, if you speak Russian, even better. I actually speak it, but I don’t think they had a clue because of my last name. Polite team. Highly recommend!

This was the best moving experience I ever had. The guys were super nice and professional from start to finish. They disassembled and reassemble our furniture, wrapped everything carefully, and used the right tools and equipment to keep things safe. Nothing was damaged, and the whole move felt easy. I absolutely hire them again!!!!!!!

Thank you for the most efficient and respectful team of movers! Professional from start to finish. Andrei gave us a detailed quote /do not exceed contract after zoom call so that everyone would be on the same page about what was being moved and what the access points and potential challenges would be. We highly value the time and care they took to answer my questions and research how to best transport our items. Sasha and his team was on time and did a stellar job. Total of 3 guys for our move. They didn't drag their feet and handled everything with care. They made sure we were happy with where items were placed and even took less time that expected.
